Peverell Ward Councillors have welcomed the new play park at Pounds House, this is really an exciting colourful project. Investment of around £31,000 has been spent to replace outdated play equipment, with modern colourful furniture for children to enjoy. At present we have seen play parks at Central Park, Mutley Park and Hartley Park cleaned up and restored with pride and all four parks are well used. We now have to deal with the problem of toilet facilities around Central Park, and will carry on improving the green space around the ward.
